Empire Essence Shipping Policy

Processing Time

At Empire Essence, we carefully inspect and package every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

In-Stock Items

- Orders are processed within 2–7 business days.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Pre-Order Items

Some products are available as pre-orders. Please allow 12–15 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise noted.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times after shipment depend on USPS and your location.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated shipping times, delays caused by weather, holidays, or the shipping carrier are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Empire Essence is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
